FLOW & RESTORE YOGA
These classes are a mixture of Hatha yoga with emphasis on strengthening within a flow and Restorative yoga to enable deep rest. This class has evolved from my own needs. I’m a busy mum of two girls and felt that some of the classes I was attending didn’t fulfil my desire for rest and a ‘workout’. I wanted to focus on strengthening my body but also find time for stillness. I love to use mudra, affirmations and have a strong emphasis on the breath to create a meditative experience.
They are suitable for everybody and can be used postnatally too.
