Fertility Yoga group classes (Currently Online): This class is for women who are preparing to conceive, trying to conceive and for women undergoing Assisted Reproductive Treatment. The focus is on specific poses to assist hormonal and reproductive health. Meditations, visualisations and breathing techniques are used to promote a calm mind and nervous system. I empower you to learn how to practice yoga in a way that optimises your fertility health. These classes are gently active, nourishing and restful.
