A flowing class, focusing on strengthening, relaxation and breathing techniques to allow you to connect to your breath and your baby. Alleviates common discomforts of pregnancy. Reduces stress and anxiety. Helps you to feel empowered, informed and positive about your changing body and prepare you for motherhood. Each class will weave in active birth tips, hypnobirthing techniques, and include a short time for an informal chat to share experiences and ask questions in a non-judgmental space.

Suitable from 14 weeks, including beginners and regular yoginis. If you would like to start pregnancy yoga before this time I encourage you to book a 1:1 class to ensure that it is right for you. I am also available to help create a tailored yoga plan just for you, this is particularly helpful for those experienced yoginis, those that have injuries, are experiencing pelvic girdle pain/back pain etc or for those that are feeling particularly anxious due to prior loss or a long conception journey.

Note about Saturday classes: These classes were previously held at Ingledale Therapy Centre, 1 Tanhouse Road, Old Oxted, Surrey RH8 9PE and will resume as soon as possible. Price will revert back to £11 per class to reflect higher running costs.

These classes are a mixture of Hatha yoga with emphasis on strengthening within a flow and Restorative yoga to enable deep rest. They are suitable for everyone and can be used postnatally too.

Perfect for new mamas & dads. Babies are welcome from approx. 8 wks old. Classes use songs and stories alongside movement and stretching. Baby yoga uses ability appropriate movement rather than age based. Babies learn to roll, sit, balance, sensory elements are also included within the class. Baby handling techniques for parents to feel empowered. The classes will help tone and heal your pelvic floor; bring stability and strength back to your abdomen; provide a space for you to feel recover and feel re-engergised and supported by other mothers. The focus is on mama, however, babies are welcome to lie/play alongside you as we can combine yoga poses with your baby. Suitable from around 10 weeks, babies welcome until crawling, please check with your GP/Midwife/Women’s Health Physio before attending
