PREGNANCY YOGA
A flowing class, focusing on strengthening, relaxation and breathing techniques to allow you to connect to your breath and your baby. Alleviates common discomforts of pregnancy. Reduces stress and anxiety. Helps you to feel empowered, informed and positive about your changing body and prepare you for motherhood. Each class will weave in active birth tips, hypnobirthing techniques, and include a short time for an informal chat to share experiences and ask questions in a non-judgmental space.

Suitable from 14 weeks, including beginners and regular yoginis. If you would like to start pregnancy yoga before this time I encourage you to book a 1:1 class to ensure that it is right for you. I am also available to help create a tailored yoga plan just for you, this is particularly helpful for experienced yoginis, if you have injuries, are experiencing pelvic girdle pain/back pain etc or if you are feeling particularly anxious due to prior loss or a long conception journey.

If COVID-19 restrictions return I will continue with online classes.
