Pregnancy Yoga Saturday 9.30-10.30am
Birth Preparation Partner sessions
29th February and 23rd May 2020 10.45am Ingledale Therapy Centre.
These provide an opportunity for your birth partner to experience and assist you in some of the birthing positions and breathing techniques that are helpful during the 1st, 2nd and 3rd stages of labour. I also share methods to promote comfort and that can help with foetal positioning and labor progress e.g. using rebozo sifting, positional releases for softening the pelvic floor, hip muscles and round/broad ligament. Please note these are sessions are different to my Natal Hypnotherapy workshops but will include a relaxation.
Sessions can be booked privately or with another couple.

BABY & ME YOGA
The classes will help tone and heal your pelvic floor; bring stability and strength back to your abdomen; provide a space for you to feel recover and feel re-engergised and supported by other mothers. Class runs for 45 mins and there’s time for a sweet treat/feeding/nappy changes/chat afterwards until 11.45am. Please bring a blanket for your baby to lie on. WELL WOMAN YOGA / YOGA FOR WOMEN’S HEALTH
Launching 6th March at Halos clinic, for 6 weeks. In celebration of International Women’s Day. These hour long classes will offer strengthening, support and nurturing to all that is feminine. Special attention to those looking to develop awareness of their breath, those with pelvic pain or looking to regulate their menstrual cycle, postpartum or peri/post menopausal.

Classes use songs and stories alongside movement and stretching. The classes help support the transition from babyhood to more developed forms of self-expression through movement. Toddler yoga promotes strength, flexibility and balance. Relaxation and energetic activity are contrasted and balanced providing a foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
The together aspect of this yoga sustains loving and playful contact, continuing a mutual focus between parent and child. Toddler yoga provides a positive shared routine to carry young families through what can be a challenging time as they tackle tantrums and boundary testing. Toddler yoga classes provide an opportunity for parents to exercise and have fun with their children. All equipment is provided.
Suitable for mobile babies from approx. 18 months until 4 years.
