Birth Partner sessions 
These provide an opportunity for your birth partner to experience and assist you in some of the birthing positions and breathing techniques that are helpful during the 1st, 2nd and 3rd stages of labour. I’m now available for private pregnancy / post-natal yoga in your home or at Ingledale Therapy Centre/Halos Clinic, please contact me for further details. 

The classes will help tone and heal your pelvic floor; bring stability and strength back to your abdomen; provide a space for you to feel recover and feel re-engergised and supported by other mothers. We combine yoga poses with your baby and also sing some songs 🙂 You are welcome without your baby.

Pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes for Yogita London in Islington, London.
Monday 6.15 – 7.15pm and 7.25 – 8.25pm. I am now on maternity leave (Feb 2017) so I will no longer be teaching these classes. I hope to be back soon.
